After a series of transitions, Walker Foods was established in 2001, with the acquisition of the same soup base division that had been founded and refined many decades ago.

PRODUCTS

Our portfolio consists of a 4-tier product line for all quality and value segments – from meat-first to economy granular walker souplines in a variety of flavors.  We offer versatility with low-sodium, sodium-free and no-added MSG selections.  In addition, we develop and produce customized products as well as full-service private labeling from testing through distribution.

Walker Gold

  1. Protein is the primary flavor component.
  2. Blended with select seasonings and freshest ingredients for natural-roasted vegetable overtones.
  3. Proportionately lower salt content.

Walker Red

  1. Hearty protein flavor impact of a premium base, but at a moderate cost per serving.

Walker Green
This line offers ample protein content and meat flavoring at a competitive cost.  With 10 varieties to select from, including au jus, cream soup and onion soup, the Walker Green is the ideal choice for value-savvy food service operators.  Available with no-added MSG and sodium-free varieties.

Walker Economy is our granular line of food bases – available in beef or chicken.  Although it contains a proportionately higher salt content, it adds a surprisingly robust flavor to any dish.
