ROAST BEEF
Our most popular item, and with good reason!  We slow cook our premium roasts until they are perfectly done (medium rare or to your specification) and use netting to ensure an appetizing, uniform shape.  Choose with confidence from Top Round or Bottom Round.  You will be delighted with this naturally tender and savory product.  It is also available dry-roasted.

CORNED BEEF
We start with quality meat and keep costs down.  Then we add our lively, old fashioned pickling spice that’s sure to please and cood the beef in its own flavorful juices.  The results are our succulent pieces of Corned Beef.  Aries Corned Beef is always tasty and satisfying.  The varieties include Brisket, Bottom Round, Flat, Eye Round, or Top Round, Pickled Corned Beef is available with or without pickling spice.

PASTRAMI/PEPPER BEEF
The perennial favorite of deli-goers get the prime treatment at Aries.  We take tender beef, ensure that it’s perfectly trimmed by our skilled meat cutters (including navels custom-trimmed from boneless plates) and cook it gently for optimum tenderness and flavor.  Our Quality Control processes are fundamental to our success and quality.  You can rely on all of our products meeting or exceeding the highest standards.  Select a Navel, Flat, Brisket, Eye Round or Top Round in regular or New York Style.  Turkey Pastrami is also available.

SAUSAGES & HOT DOGS
We start preparing you order as soon as we receive it, and not a moment sooner.  As part of our commitment to quality and freshness, we make our Sausages and Hot Dogs from our own fresh, whole muscle trimmings.  Our popular all-meat products (made from beef, chicken, pork, or turkey are found at neighborhood hotdog stands and major sports arenas.  Choose from such favorites as Knockwurst, Polish Sausage, Samoan Bangers, and Salami, or opt for our unique Cajun Sausage.
